Missouri Federal Judge Remands Petroleum Dispute To State Court
Mealey's (February 9, 2016, 2:53 PM EST) -- ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge on Feb. 8 remanded a breach of contract action for alleged nonpayment for petroleum products to state court, saying his court is without subject matter jurisdiction over plaintiff Wallis Petroleum LC’s claims (Wallis Petroleum LC v. Creve Coeur Oil and Car Wash Inc., et al., No. 4:15 CV 1692, E.D. Mo., Eastern Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 14858).
