Hockey Players Oppose Staying Discovery While MDL Court Mulls Dismissal

Mealey's (February 9, 2016, 2:35 PM EST) -- MINNEAPOLIS — Former professional hockey players involved in the National Hockey League (NHL) brain-injury multidistrict litigation say in a Feb. 2 brief that there is no good cause for staying discovery, opposing the league’s motion to stay discovery until the MDL judge rules on its motion to dismiss the players’ complaint (In re: National Hockey League Players Concussion Injury Litigation, MDL No. 14-2551, D. Minn.).
