Alabama Sues Army Corps Of Engineers Over ACT River Basin Water Control Manual

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 11:42 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Alabama on May 7 sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in federal court, seeking to set aside the Corps’ Revised Water Control Manual (WCM) for the Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa (ACT) River Basin and directing it to revise the manual or prepare new manuals (State of Alabama v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, et al., No. 15-696, D. D.C.).
