New York Federal Judge Transfers Entire Fraud Case To Arizona
(February 8, 2016, 12:36 PM EST) -- NEW YORK — Finding it appropriate that all fraud claims against a hearing aid franchisor should proceed intact, a New York federal judge on Jan. 12 ordered the entire case transferred to the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona (Bruce R. Bent II v. Zounds Hearing Franchising, et al., No. 15 Civ. 6555, S.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3617).
