Connecticut Federal Judge Cuts 11 Counts In Complaint Against Phone Franchisor

(February 8, 2016, 12:29 PM EST) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A Connecticut federal judge on Jan. 12 granted in part and denied in part a motion to dismiss claims against a licensee of Verizon Wireless brought by 39 franchisees (Family Wireless #1 LLC, et al. v. Automotive Technologies Inc., No. 15-cv-1310, D. Conn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 4662).
