(February 8, 2016, 11:19 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A New York federal judge on Jan. 16 dismissed a complaint against foreign defendants for lack of personal jurisdiction, finding that there was no admissible evidence that the plaintiffs interacted with the defendants in any way in New York (Robert Iannucci, et al. v. Re/Max Antigua Ltd., et al., No. 15 civ. 1964, E.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 5627).
