(February 8, 2016, 11:10 AM EST) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A Connecticut federal judge on Jan. 19 denied defendants leave to file counterclaims in a lawsuit brought by 7-Eleven Inc. in a dispute over who owns gas tanks and related equipment at a former convenience store (7-Eleven Inc. v. Natasha Khan, et al., No. 3:15-cv-01011, D. Conn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 5832).
