Panel: Some Liens Valid In Land Dispute Over Fracking Water Pump Station

(February 8, 2016, 9:35 AM EST) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A panel of the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Jan. 29 affirmed a trial court’s decision that some mechanic’s liens against properties where a pumping station was built to supply water for hydraulic fracturing were valid because the company that built the pumping station was never paid (Linde Corporation v.
