U.S. Supreme Court Asked To Reverse Exoneration Of Texas Water Regulator

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 11:38 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — An environmental group has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruling that found that freshwater management by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) did not result in the death of 23 endangered whooping cranes (The Aransas Project v. Bryan Shaw, et al., No. 14-1138, U.S. Sup.).
