Ramp Owner Denied Summary Judgment In Ferry Worker’s Negligence Suit

(February 5, 2016, 8:07 AM EST) -- SEATTLE — A ferry worker may proceed with her negligence suit against the owner of a ramp where she was injured while working, a Washington federal judge ruled Jan. 29 in denying the defendant’s motion for summary judgment (Shannon C. Adamson, et al. v. Port of Bellingham, No. 14-1804, W.D. Wash.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 11774).
