Irrigators’ Declaratory Suit Dismissed For Lack Of Federal Court Jurisdiction

(February 4, 2016, 3:23 PM EST) -- RICHLAND, Wash. — A Washington federal judge on Feb. 2 said she lacks subject matter jurisdiction over a dispute involving the Columbia Basin Project because the United States has not taken final agency action (Columbia Snake River Irrigators Association, et al. v. United States Bureau of Reclamation, et al., No. 15-5039, E.D. Wash.).
