Junior Water Right Holders In 2 Areas Have Rights Curtailed By State

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 11:27 AM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California Water Resources Control Board on April 23 issued notices to junior water right holders in the San Joaquin River watershed and on the Scott River to stop diverting water from the watersheds and allow the water to flow to senior water right holders.
