New Jersey Federal Judge Issues $405,094 Default Judgment To Franchisor

(February 3, 2016, 7:34 AM EST) -- TRENTON, N.J. — Ramada Worldwide Inc. on Jan. 21 prevailed in a breach of contract action against a former franchisee, when a New Jersey federal judge deemed the franchisee in default and awarded Ramada $405,094 (Ramada Worldwide Inc. v. ATN Inn & Suites LLC, No. 15-3993, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 7298).
