Magistrate Judge Refuses To Intervene In Discovery Dispute Over More Depositions

Mealey's (February 2, 2016, 4:17 PM EST) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A federal magistrate judge in New Jersey on Jan. 8 refused to intervene in a discovery dispute between plaintiffs and the maker of allegedly defective decking, holding that the parties failed to properly meet and confer before the manufacturer asked the court to resolve the issue (In re: Azek Building Products Inc.; Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, MDL 2506, Mel Beucler, et al. v.
