Lawyers, Law Firm Seek Dismissal Of Asbestos-Talc Fraud Case

Mealey's (February 2, 2016, 12:35 PM EST) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A law firm and its attorneys on Jan. 22 filed a reply brief asking a federal judge in New Jersey to dismiss claims that they destroyed, concealed or misrepresented evidence of asbestos in their client’s talc (Kimberlee Williams, et al. v. BASF Catalysts LLC, et al., No. 11-1754, D. N.J.).
