(February 1, 2016, 1:26 PM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — A class representative in California’s Antelope Valley groundwater litigation on Jan. 27 asked a state court to award about $8.47 million in attorney fees, costs and a class representative incentive (Antelope Valley Groundwater Cases, JCCP No. 4408, Richard A.
