After Hung Jury In Retrial, Parties Try Mediation In Contaminated Tylenol Case

(February 1, 2016, 1:00 PM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — After a judge declared a mistrial due to a hung jury, parties in a Children’s Liquid Tylenol contamination case agreed to engage in mediation, according to a docket entry posted Jan. 28 (Peter Robertson, et al. v. McNeil-PPC, Inc., et al., No. 11-9050, C.D. Calif.).
