Porn Company Says It Was Wrongly Denied Preliminary Injunction In Amazon Suit

Mealey's (January 28, 2016, 4:24 PM EST) -- ATLANTA — A pornography website operator argued Jan. 26 to the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that Amazon.com “fundamentally” misunderstands reverse confusion theory in trademark law in a dispute over Amazon’s Fire TV mark (Wreal, LLC v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 15-14390, 11th Cir.).
