PCA Establishes Procedural Framework In UNCLOS Case Filed By Italy Against India

(January 28, 2016, 4:11 PM EST) -- THE HAGUE, The Netherlands — The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) on Jan. 20 announced that it held its first procedural meeting in an arbitration commenced by Italy against India under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and has scheduled a hearing on Italy's request for provisional measures (The Enrica Lexie Incident [Italy v.
