United States, Water Districts Sued For Threatening Endangered Frog In Oregon

(January 28, 2016, 11:36 AM EST) -- EUGENE, Ore. — WaterWatch of Oregon on Jan. 1 filed an Endangered Species Act lawsuit against the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and three water districts, alleging their management of water is endangering the Oregon spotted frog (WaterWatch of Oregon v. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, et al., No. 16-35, D. Ore., Eugene Div.).
