Justice Gives OK To Insolvent Insurer’s $3M Settlement Of Environmental Claims

(January 28, 2016, 9:15 AM EST) -- CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire justice on Jan. 4 approved a $3 million settlement agreement between an insolvent insurer and a utility company regarding certain environmental claims (In the Matter of the Liquidation of The Home Insurance Company, No. 03-E-0106, N.H. Sup., Merrimack Co.).
