Former Attorney, Judges Proposed As Trustees For Pittsburgh Corning Trust

(January 28, 2016, 8:10 AM EST) -- PITTSBURGH — Asbestos claimants’ representatives in the Chapter 11 case of Pittsburgh Corning Corp. (PCC) on Jan. 15 asked a Pennsylvania federal bankruptcy court to appoint a retired plaintiffs’ attorney and two retired state court judges as trustees of the debtor’s proposed $3 billion asbestos trust (In re: Pittsburgh Corning Corporation, No. 00-22876, W.D. Pa. Bkcy.).
