City Seeks JMOL, New Trial In Town-Rural Water Case, Citing Alleged Errors

(January 27, 2016, 3:02 PM EST) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — The City of Guthrie, Okla., on Jan. 25 moved for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) or a new trial in a case in which it was found to have been providing water service to customers who lived within a rural water district’s boundaries (Rural Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Management District No. 1, et al. v. City of Guthrie, et al., No. 05-786, W.D. Okla.).
