Xarelto MDL Plaintiff Can’t Access Deponents’ Personnel Files, Judge Rules

(January 27, 2016, 2:31 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — Plaintiffs in the Xarelto multidistrict litigation cannot have access to personnel files of defense deposition witnesses in order to prove their “rush to the market” theory, a Louisiana federal judge ruled Jan. 26 (In Re: Xarelto [Rivaroxaban] Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2592, No. 14-md-2592, E.D. La.).
