Mistrial Declared In Retrial Of Children’s Tylenol Contamination Death Case

(January 27, 2016, 2:16 PM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — A retrial of a contaminated Children’s Liquid Tylenol death case on Jan. 26 ended in a mistrial after jurors were unable to agree on a verdict (Peter Robertson, et al. v. McNeil-PPC, Inc., et al., No. 11-9050, C.D. Calif.).
