Parties Ask 8th Circuit To Determine Whether Summary Judgment Was Appropriate

LOUIS — Parties in an insurance breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit recently asked the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to determine whether a federal district court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of an insurer on all claims (Crystal Gann v. Household Life Insurance Co., No. 15-1813, 8th Cir.).
