Pennsylvania Appeals Court Voids Injunction Against Franchisee Defendant

(January 27, 2016, 7:51 AM EST) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania appellate court panel ruled in a Jan. 12 unpublished opinion that a defendant in a Bruster’s ice cream store franchise dispute was not operating an ice cream shop in violation of a franchise agreement (Bruster’s LLP v. Golden Deer Corporation, et al., No. 1927 WDA 2014, Pa. Super.; 2016 Pa. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 79).
