(January 26, 2016, 1:23 PM EST) -- DETROIT — In denying a motion for reconsideration, a Michigan federal judge on Jan. 25 ordered an insurer and its insured to proceed to appraisal to determine the amount of loss that occurred to an insured’s property (Delta Upsilon Alumni Corp. and Michigan Chapter of Delta Upsilon v. RSUI Indemnity Co., No. 13-13298, E.D. Mich.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 8087).
