Administration, House File Oppositions In ACA Funding Challenge

Mealey's (January 26, 2016, 12:58 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The House of Representatives and U.S. government on Jan. 15 filed oppositions to summary judgment motions each party earlier entered in a challenge over funding of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) before a federal court in the District of Columbia (United States House of Representatives v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-1967, D. D.C.).
