Alabama Federal Judge: ERISA Exhaustion Requirement Inapplicable In Case
(January 26, 2016, 12:25 PM EST) -- BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A claim by two defendants accused of interference with business/contractual relations that dismissal is warranted based on a plaintiff’s failure to exhaust all available administrative remedies was rejected Jan. 15 by an Alabama federal judge (John Keith Daily v.
