(January 26, 2016, 10:46 AM EST) -- INDIANAPOLIS — A federal judge in Indiana on Jan. 20 granted summary judgment to a gas station in a negligence case after finding that it did not owe a woman a duty to warn about a pallet she tripped over while inflating her tire (Monique Couvillion v. Speedway L.L.C. No. 1:14-cv-1842. U.S. Dist. S.D. Ind.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 6383).
