(January 26, 2016, 9:47 AM EST) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — Errors made by a federal bankruptcy court and a district court will allow polluters to escape liability for their actions through the bankruptcy process, a New Jersey property owner seeking to hold Chapter 11 debtor The Flintkote Co. responsible for a contaminated site told the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 11 (8 E.
