Kentucky Federal Judge Rules For Postal Worker In Trip And Fall Case

(January 25, 2016, 2:38 PM EST) -- OWENSBORO, Ky. — A Kentucky federal judge on Jan. 12 denied a defense motion for summary judgment in a case in which a postal employee alleges that she was injured when she fell off a ramp while making a delivery to a loading dock (Cindy Bumpus and David Bumpus v. Carhartt Inc., No. 4:13-cv-00104, W.D. Ky.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3350).
