(January 25, 2016, 2:36 PM EST) -- CHICAGO — A trial judge did not err in granting summary judgment to boat owners in a case in which a woman sued them for negligence for injuries she allegedly suffered when she was a guest on their boat, an Illinois appeals court ruled Jan. 15 (Lana Schade v. Mark Clausius and Paulette Clausius, No. 1-14-3162, Ill. App., 1st Dist., 5th Div.; 2016 Ill. App. LEXIS 17).
