Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 10:20 AM EDT) -- CLARKSBURG. W.Va. — The named plaintiff representing a class of landowners in West Virginia who contest the validity of oil and gas leases they entered into with a company seeking to use hydraulic fracturing on their land filed a brief in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia on June 19, 2014, supporting a motion to compel the company to comply with discovery requests (Floyd Barber v.
