Indiana Appeals Court Reinstates Claims Over Delayed Medical Diagnosis
(January 25, 2016, 12:12 PM EST) -- INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Court of Appeals on Jan. 15 reinstated a lawsuit filed by a patient accusing her doctor of causing her injury and damages by failing to inform her that the results of her blood test were indicative of early-stage leukemia (Debra R. Sorrells v. Karen Reid-Renner, M.D., No. 53A01-1506-CT-534, Ind. App.; 2016 Ind. App. LEXIS 6).
