(January 21, 2016, 12:45 PM EST) -- CINCINNATI — Allegations that the Regents of the University of Michigan infringed upon a copyrighted mnemonic model were dismissed Jan. 19 by an Ohio federal judge on grounds of sovereign immunity (Josepha A.
