(January 21, 2016, 11:46 AM EST) -- OAKLAND, Calif. — A California federal judge on Jan. 12 granted in part a motion for reconsideration of an order denying remand in a class complaint accusing SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Inc. of misrepresenting its treatment of orcas at its various theme parks (Marc Anderson, et al. v. SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, Inc., No. 15-2172, N.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3841).
