N.J. Federal Judge Awards $456,795 To Travelodge In Franchise Fee Dispute

Mealey's (January 15, 2016, 3:04 PM EST) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on Jan. 14 awarded more than $466,795 to Travelodge Hotels Inc. in an action alleging that a franchisee was in default of franchise fees (Travelodge Hotels Inc. v. Raxon Restaurant Inc., et al., No. 12-4660, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 4916).
