Mealey's (January 15, 2016, 2:36 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania federal judge on Jan. 12 granted judgment in favor of a bank and law firm, dismissing claims for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and breach of contract as barred by the doctrine established in Rooker v.
