(January 15, 2016, 12:05 PM EST) -- SANTA FE, N.M. — The New Mexico Department of the Environment on Jan. 14 submitted a notice of intent to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, the State of Colorado and the owners of the Gold King and Sunnyside Mines under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) for the environmental impacts stemming from a massive spill of wastewater into the Animas River in August 2015....
