1st Circuit Set To Decide Jurisdiction Question In Trademark Dispute

(January 15, 2016, 8:05 AM EST) -- BOSTON — The First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on Dec. 10 as to whether a Massachusetts federal court had personal jurisdiction to hear claims of trademark infringement between the mark owner and an Arizona company accused of the infringing website (A Corp. d/b/a Rooter Man v. All American Plumbing, Inc., No. 15-1509, 1st Cir.).
