Defendant In Paulsboro Train Derailment Chemical Spill Wants Witnesses Precluded

(January 14, 2016, 2:39 PM EST) -- CAMDEN, N.J. — Consolidated Rail Corp. (CONRAIL) one of the defendants sued by New Jersey residents who contend that a group of railroad companies is responsible for injuries that resulted from a vinyl chloride spill in Mantua, N.J., when a train derailed, on Jan. 8 filed a brief in New Jersey federal court arguing that the plaintiffs should be precluded from calling certain witnesses at trial (In Re: Paulsboro Derailment Cases, No. 13-784, D. N.J.).
