Michigan Appeals Panel Reverses Breach Of Contract Judgment

(January 14, 2016, 11:33 AM EST) -- DETROIT — A Michigan Court of Appeals panel on Jan. 12 reversed summary judgment for the defendants in a franchise agreement dispute, ruling that a subsequent sale and purchase agreement did not supersede an agreement to settle a lawsuit (Syed Ali v. Syed Ahmed, et al., No. 324616, Mich. App.; 2016 Mich. App. LEXIS 37).
