8th Circuit Orders Wage Claims To Go Before A Jury

PAUL, Minn. — An Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Dec. 28 reversed a partial summary judgment ruling for an energy company employee who claims that she was misclassified as exempt from receiving overtime and remanded for consideration of the claims by a jury (Veronica R. Grage v. Northern States Power Co. – Minnesota, No. 15-1418, 8th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 22685).
