7th Circuit Upholds Rejection Of EEOC’s Team Concept Instruction
(January 13, 2016, 6:18 PM EST) -- CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 4 upheld a trial court’s rejection of a jury instruction proposed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission concerning the sharing of essential job functions within a team working environment (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. AutoZone, Incorporated, et al., No. 15-1753, 7th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 13).
