Nevada Federal Judge Rules For IHOP Owner In Sexual Harassment Suit

Mealey's (January 13, 2016, 4:55 PM EST) -- LAS VEGAS — A Nevada federal judge on Dec. 4 granted a motion to dismiss with leave to amend claims against an International House of Pancakes franchisee in a lawsuit brought by a woman who alleges that she was sexually harassed at work, saying she failed to state a claim under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (Bethany Anne Pennington v. International House of Pancakes, LLC, et al., No. 2:15-cv-00949-RCJ-CWH, D. Nev.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 163707).
