Maryland Federal Judge Says Her Court Has Jurisdiction Over Arkansas Defendant

Mealey's (January 13, 2016, 4:42 PM EST) -- BALTIMORE — A Maryland federal judge on Jan. 8 ruled that her court has personal jurisdiction over an Arkansas-based company for acts that allegedly caused tortious injury in Maryland (Wings to Go Inc. v. Wade Reynolds, et al., No. CCB-15-2556, D. Md., Northern Div.; 2016 U.S. District LEXIS 2083).
