Federal Judge Finds For Domino’s Pizza Franchising In Breach Of Contract Case

(January 13, 2016, 3:06 PM EST) -- DETROIT ¬— A Michigan federal judge on Dec. 31 entered a $227,000 default judgment for Domino’s Pizza Franchising in a breach of contract case involving a franchise agreement (Domino's Pizza Franchising, LLC v. VTM Pizza, Inc., et al., No. 15-13312, E.D. Mich., Southern Div.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 173115).
