Fraud Case Related To Franchise Agreements Transferred To Arizona

(January 13, 2016, 1:28 PM EST) -- NEW YORK — A New York federal judge on Nov. 30 ordered a fraud case related to franchise agreements transferred to Arizona federal court, a move that is being contested (Bruce R. Bent II v. Zounds Hearing Franchising, et al., No. 15 Civ. 6555, S.D. N.Y.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 160573).
